Bluebird Care is the UK’s leading provider of private Care at Home. We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable Care Assistants to join our growing team providing a high-quality and much-needed service to vulnerable people all over Bromley. We offer full-time, part-time and guaranteed hour contracts, with opportunities for day shifts, evening and weekend work, night shifts and live-in care.
Our Care Assistants work out in the community providing essential support with everyday tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, medication support and companionship. You’ll receive comprehensive training, paid shadowing and ongoing support while completing the Care Certificate, ensuring you feel confident and valued in your role.
What we’re looking for: Kind, dependable healthcare assistants who genuinely care about improving the quality of life for vulnerable adults and be fully committed to delivering high-quality care. You will need to live in or within a reasonable commute of Bromley and have access to a car that you can use for work.
What are we offering in return:
- £14.90 - £15.00 per hour probationary rate
- £15.05 – £15.70 per hour post probation
- Tax-free mileage at 35p per mile
- Paid DBS, paid shadowing and £336 training and passing probation payment
