The predicted salary is between 13 - 13 £ per hour.

Full time - Mon-Fri, 8:30am - 17:00pm, 40 hours per week

Location: Bradford on Avon

Due to our growing business, we have a vacancy for a full-time Office Administrator to join our team in Bradford On Avon. Bluebird Care started as a small family business in 2004, and today we are proud to be one of the largest providers of home care services across the UK. We’re committed to keeping people in the comfort of their own homes, helping with anything from everyday tasks around our customers’ homes through to complex care needs.

Roles and Responsibilities as an Office Administrator:

  • The Office Administrator will be flexible and able to work under pressure.
  • Previous office administration experience within a busy environment and knowledge of Health & Social care is advantageous but not essential.
  • Answering all incoming telephone enquiries.
  • Booking appointments for clinics.
  • Filing of documents for customers and care workers.
  • Send out, record, and monitor new customer information packs.
  • Provide administration support to other office staff and management team as required including Live-in care services.
  • Ensure training rooms are prepared and ready before the commencement of each training session.
  • Work flexibly as part of the team and adhere to all Bluebird Care policies and procedures.
  • Keep all information about customers and their families secure and confidential.

You must have:

  • Full and valid UK driving licence
  • Access to a car
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Excellent level of English

We will require you to work 8:30 - 17:00, Mon-Fri.
