We’re looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to step into a Clinical Lead Nurse – Complex Care role with Bluebird Care Wiltshire North. This is a senior clinical position where you’ll play a key role in delivering and shaping high-quality, person-centered complex care for individuals living in their own homes. Working closely with the Registered Manager and wider team, you’ll provide clinical leadership, support assessments and care planning, guide and develop care staff, and ensure people receive safe, compassionate, and consistent care in the community.

We’re particularly keen to hear from nurses with backgrounds in District Nursing, Community Nursing, CHC, Community Matron, Case Management or Complex Care, who are confident working independently and building strong relationships both within the team and the community.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Clinical assessments for complex care customers
  • Developing and reviewing person-centered care plans
  • Providing clinical oversight of complex care packages
  • Working closely with families, MDTs and healthcare professionals
  • Maintaining high standards of documentation and clinical input
  • Designing and delivering clinical training programmes aligned to competency-based frameworks, including assessment and sign-off of staff competencies
  • Supporting the safe delegation of healthcare tasks in line with best practice and organisational policy
  • Clinical interventions including, but not limited to; Tracheostomy care, enteral feeding, complex medication management (including injectables), neurological conditions, catheter, bowel and continence management

What we’re looking for:

  • Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN
  • Someone who brings positive energy to the team and helps create an environment where people feel supported, valued and motivated
  • Strong community-based clinical experience (DN / CHC / Complex Care etc.)
  • Confident clinical decision-maker working independently
  • Excellent communicator and relationship-builder, demonstrating emotional intelligence
  • Full UK driving licence + access to a vehicle
