You will act as a role model and coach for our Care Assistants and help support our customers with all aspects of their day-to-day life.

Responsibilities of theField CareSupervisorincludebut are not limited to:
- Supporting the Customer Care and the Live-in Care Manager with the efficient running and supervision of Care Assistants and support workers within a designated area
- Deliver care activities as required split between supervisory and care duties as rostered
- Carry out risk assessments before each service commences
- Keep care and support plans up to date
- Create a written, individually tailored plan of care and support that respects each customer’s wishes and promotes their dignity and privacy
- Support, supervise, and assist with the training of Care Assistants
- Take part in the out-of-hours emergency on-call rota asrequired
- Effectively deal with emergency on-call issues
- Monitor the performance of Care Assistants and conduct quality reviews at customers’ homes
- Apply Bluebird Care policies and procedures at all times and make sure that accidents and incidents are recorded, reported, and acted upon
- Work flexibly to meet business needs

Please note you must havepreviouscare experience and holda full driving licence with access to your own vehicle to be considered for this role.
NVQ level 3 is desirable but not essential
Requirements
- *A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle*

- Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
