- Person-Centred Support
- Actively involve younger individuals in planning and reviewing their support needs and goals, ensuring their support plan reflects their preferences.
- Empower each younger person to make choices and maintain as much independence as possible, supporting decision-making in all areas of life.
- Daily Living and Personal Care
- Assist with personal care activities, such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and mealtime support, with respect for each person's comfort and dignity.
- Support individuals with shopping for personal items, clothing, groceries, and assist with meal planning and preparation.
- Health and Well-Being
- Assist with medication management and administration when required, maintaining accurate records as needed.

Requirements
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- You must hold a permanent, unrestricted Right to Work in the UK
- A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care
- Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
- Ability to follow care plans
- Previous care experience is beneficial but not a necessity as full training will be provided
