- Completing wellbeing calls and supervisions

- Responding to customer and Care Expert queries
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Care sector experience preferred
- Strong IT and administrative skills
- Passion for delivering outstanding care
- Full driving license with access to a reliable car
