Bluebird Care is seeking a Finance and Contracts Manager to oversee senior financial operations, reporting, margin analysis, and procurement across the business.
The role is office-based in Basildon and reports to the Managing Director.
You will lead a small finance team, manage procurement contracts (PPE, uniforms, fleet, insurance, IT equipment, office supplies), ensure payroll oversight and NMW compliance, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting.
Health care sector experience is preferred.
