Due to growing demand, we are seeking carers who can provide evening availability on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. However, open to other availability.

Responsibilities
- Providing essential personal care and companionship
- Assisting with meal prep, shopping, and household tasks
- Supporting with medication management
- Encouraging independence to help customers stay in their own homes
- A set amount of PAID hours for E-Learning
- PAID shadowing shifts
- Guaranteed Hours Contracts available after probation

Requirements
- A Full UK driving licence and access to a car
- To be living in the local area
- The ability to work alternate weekends
- To commit to working a minimum of one evening shift per week
- A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care
- Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
- Ability to follow care plans
- Previous care experience is beneficial but not a necessity as full training will be provided.
- ABI experience is also desirable, but not essential.
