You will be Responsible for implementing field-based quality control systems and providing support to all Care assistants within a defined area.
You’ll coach, guide and uplift your team while helping the branch maintain quality, compliance and meaningful relationships with customers.

What you’ll do Train, mentor and support new carers so they feel confident, capable and ready to deliver extraordinary care.
Assist the branch team with compliance, auditing and documentation.
Complete spot checks and supervisions to maintain high standards across your care team.
Visit customers to review care plans, ensuring they remain accurate, safe and person-centred.
Carry out risk assessments with care, clarity and professionalism.
Support on-call duties in line with the branch rota.
