Bluebird Care Mid & West Cornwall is rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission. We help people live safely, happily and independently in the homes they love, and we are proud of the difference our Support Workers make every day.

We are looking for a caring, confident Live-in Care Assistant to provide one-to-one support to a young gentleman in his own home near St Erth. He enjoys getting out and about, watching cricket and spending time with friends, and you will help him do just that.

You will support him with personal care, moving and positioning, meals and medication, keep his home clean and comfortable, and drive his adapted van to appointments, social activities and days out.

We offer Β£130 per day, accommodation and a food allowance while on placement, full induction and ongoing training, uniform and PPE, support from a local Bluebird Care manager, 24/7 on-call support and a staff referral incentive.

Due to the personal care needs of our customer, this vacancy is open to female applicants only. This is an occupational requirement under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role. DBS checks and references will be carried out.
