You will be a true professional, dedicated to ensuring that our customers receive excellent quality care and support to keep them safe and comfortable in their own homes. For the right candidates, this role could be offered on a job share basis.
You will be working as part of a wider team supported by our Care Manager to help with:
- the efficient running of a designated area and the supervision of care assistants;
- ensuring that Bluebird Care provides safe, effective, high quality care that responds to each customer’s needs and preferences;
- ensuring that our services respect customers’ choices and promote their dignity and privacy at all times.
You will be working across both areas of the Lewes District and Brighton and Hove areas. You may already be working in a similar role, maybe working towards your NVQ in Health & Social Care or a senior carer looking for a promotion. Either way, we will ensure that you are trained in our systems and processes so that you will be confident and happy in your role with us.
We are CQC registered and rated 'outstanding for effective', so come and help us build on that and keep more customers living well in their own homes.
