Responsibilities- Deliver personal care that’s tailored to the customer and encourages their independence.
- Assist with personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting and mobility.
- Manage medication and prepare meals.
- Take care of household tasks like laundry, cleaning, shopping and errands.
- Support customers in staying connected to their community through social activities, hobbies, and visits from loved ones.
- Offer comfort and care through illness, hospital visits, or end‑of‑life care.
- Work independently while staying connected with the care team for support and guidance.
- Paid breaks and accommodation while on placement.
- Full induction and expert training, with continued learning and development.
- Ongoing supervision and 24/7 support from the dedicated team.
- Flexible working patterns (often 1‑3 weeks on, followed by breaks).
- Pension scheme and travel expense reimbursement.

- Ability to live with customers for agreed shifts.
