Weekend Care Assistant (Driver Required) - Bromley

Salary: £15.00 – £15.70 per hour (increasing with Senior and Mentor rates) | Flexible Shifts | Outstanding Training

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable Care Assistants to join our growing team providing a high-quality and much-needed service to vulnerable people all over Bromley. We offer flexible working and a focus on work–life balance, with full-time or part-time opportunities and day and evening shifts.

What You’ll Do

Our Care Assistants work out in the community providing essential support with everyday tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, medication support and companionship. You’ll receive comprehensive training, paid shadowing and ongoing support while completing the Care Certificate, ensuring you feel confident and valued in your role.

What We’re Looking For

Kind, dependable healthcare assistants who genuinely care about improving the quality of life for vulnerable adults. You must live in or within reasonable commuting distance of Sevenoaks and be fully committed to delivering high-quality care. You will need to live in or within a reasonable commute of Bromley and have access to a car that you can use for work.

  • £15.00 – £15.70 per hour
  • Tax-free mileage at 35p per mile
  • Paid DBS, paid shadowing and £336 training and passing probation completion
