Care Assistant (Driver Required) – Sevenoaks

No Experience Needed – Full Training Provided. At Bluebird Care Sevenoaks, we support people to stay independent and live well at home. We’re looking for caring, reliable people to join our team and make a real difference in the local community.

What You’ll Do

  • Support people in their own homes with everyday tasks, including:
    • Personal care
    • Preparing meals
    • Medication support
    • Companionship and social visits

Pay and progression

Your pay can grow as your skills and experience grow:

  • Basic: £15.25 (weekday) | £15.40 (weekend)
  • Higher: £15.50 (weekday) | £16.15 (weekend)
  • Senior: £15.80 (weekday) | £16.50 (weekend)
  • Mentor: £16.30 (weekday) | £16.90 (weekend)

Many of our team progress into senior and mentor roles with the right support and training.

What You’ll Need

  • A full driving licence
  • Access to a car for work

What You’ll Get

  • Paid mileage at 35p per mile
  • Paid DBS and paid shadowing
  • Training is paid at a total of £350, which is paid in two instalments. The first payment is made with your first salary, and the remaining balance is paid upon successful completion of your probation period
  • Paid holiday plus bank holidays
