Location: Oxford, South and West Oxfordshire
Salary: £28,000 per annum.
This role is part of our senior management team, supporting the Deputy Care Manager and Customer Care Managers in ensuring the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities- Support the efficient running of a designated area and supervise Care Assistants.
- Assist with customer assessments, care planning and risk assessments.
- Ensure care plans are regularly reviewed and updated in line with customer needs.
- Guide Care Assistants to deliver safe, high‑quality care.
- Work closely with coordinators to match Care Assistants with customers effectively.
- Monitor and update MAR charts and customer records.
- Participate in the emergency out‑of‑hours on‑call rota when required.
- Support quality assurance, investigations and continuous service improvement.
- Promote customer dignity, independence, privacy and choice at all times.
- Ensure all care delivery complies with Bluebird Care policies and regulatory requirements.
- Salary of £28,000.

- Previous experience completing risk assessments and care planning.
