Due to expansion, we’re growing again… Bluebird Care Oldham & Tameside is looking for an exceptional Deputy Registered Manager or Senior Care Coordinator to join our growing leadership team. We’re not looking for someone who simply wants another job. About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for either an experienced Deputy Registered Manager or an accomplished Senior Care Coordinator who is ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll work alongside our experienced leadership team, supporting the day-to-day operation of our service while helping us continue to deliver the exceptional standards we’re becoming known for.

You’ll Play a Key Role In Areas Including:

  • Supporting the Registered Manager with the daily running of the service
  • Care planning and quality assurance
  • Coordinating care packages and supporting our scheduling team
  • Leading, mentoring and developing our care professionals
  • Building strong relationships with clients, families and healthcare professionals
  • Maintaining compliance and helping us strive for an Outstanding CQC rating
  • Identifying opportunities to continually improve the service we provide

What we’re looking for

Experience matters. We’re looking for someone who has already worked within domiciliary care and understands what great looks like. Someone who remains calm under pressure, enjoys solving problems and genuinely loves leading people.

You’ll Ideally Have:

  • Experience as a Deputy Registered Manager, Care Coordinator or Senior Care Coordinator within domiciliary care
  • Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification or above (preferred)
  • A full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A positive, solutions-focused attitude
  • A passion for delivering truly person-centred care
