Bluebird Care Nottingham is looking for an experienced Care Coordinator / Field Supervisor to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines care coordination in a fast-paced office environment with field supervision in the community.
You’ll ensure our customers receive safe, high-quality care while supporting, supervising, and coordinating our Care Assistants.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and schedule Care Assistants to ensure visits are delivered safely, on time, and in line with care plans.
- Accept and process new care referrals, complete assessments, and support care plan writing.
- Manage rota changes, sickness, holidays, and emergency cover.
- Conduct field supervisions, spot checks, observations, and competency checks.
- Monitor care quality and act as a link between customers, families, and the care team.
- Maintain accurate records, including mileage, incidents, and training compliance.
- Support the Registered Manager with staffing levels and recruitment planning.
- Participate in on-call duties and provide care when required (following training).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience providing care.
- At least 1 year’s experience in care coordination and/or supervision.
- Caring, organised, reliable, and flexible.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Full UK driving licence and local area knowledge preferred.
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
- Monday to Friday working, with weekend availability as required.
- Competitive salary from £25,500.
