You will support customers in their homes, providing personal and daily living care, medication administration, meal preparation and ensuring dignity and comfort. You will work independently and as part of a supportive team, following care plans and maintaining CMMS requirements.
Responsibilities- Provide high‑quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs.
- Be a dependable, friendly, familiar face.
- Assist with personal care (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming).
- Help with meal preparation and nutrition.
- Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal.
- Hourly rate £13.50 – £16.88 per hour.
