Care Assistant Location: Flintshire area. Contract type: Care Delivery. Hourly pay: £13.50 – £16.88 per hour.

You will support customers in their homes, providing personal and daily living care, medication administration, meal preparation and ensuring dignity and comfort. You will work independently and as part of a supportive team, following care plans and maintaining CMMS requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high‑quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs.
  • Be a dependable, friendly, familiar face.
  • Assist with personal care (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming).
  • Help with meal preparation and nutrition.
  • Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal.
