Salary: £13.25 per hour (Contact time), £12.71 per hour (Non-Contact time), £15.50 per hour (Bank Holidays)

Daytime Hours: Part‑time 7am – 3pm, with commitment to alternate weekends.

Overview: We’re the leading Home Care provider in the Caerphilly and Merthyr Tydfil area. Our Care Expert Team supports customers in the comfort of their own homes, delivering personal care, meal preparation, medication management and companionship. This role allows you to give dignity and purpose to people’s lives while working safely, independently, or as part of a supportive team.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing essential personal care and companionship
  • Assisting with meal prep, shopping and household tasks
  • Supporting medication management
  • Encouraging independence to help customers stay in their own homes
  • Promoting customer health and well‑being
