Care Expert Bluebird Care – Where you change lives. We are a leading Home Care provider looking for a caring and dedicated Care Assistant to join our Care Expert Team.

Location: Caerphilly & Merthyr Tydfil. To cover areas within the Abercarn area.

Contract: Care Delivery

Competitive Pay: £13.25 per hour Contact time, £12.71 per hour Non-Contact time, £15.50 per hour Bank Holidays, £0.35 per mile mileage allowance, Paid Travel Time

Responsibilities:

  • Providing essential personal care and companionship
  • Assisting with meal prep, shopping and household tasks
  • Supporting with medication management
  • Encouraging independence to help customers stay in their own homes
  • Promoting customer health and well-being

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car
  • Age 18 or over
  • Ability to work alternate weekends
  • Ability to work required shift pattern

Work Schedule: Part-time – 8am to 3pm with commitment to alternate weekends.
