What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for care and office-based roles
- Screening applications and conducting interviews
- Booking and coordinating recruitment events and interviews
- Supporting candidates through onboarding and compliance checks
- Building relationships with local communities, job centres and recruitment partners
- Creating engaging job adverts and recruitment campaigns
- Maintaining accurate records using our recruitment systems
- Supporting recruitment projects and ideas to help grow the business
What We’re Looking For
- Previous recruitment, resourcing or administration experience preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A confident and professional manner
- Someone proactive, positive and able to work at pace
- Great attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloads
- A team player who enjoys building relationships
- Experience in care recruitment
