Bluebird Care is the leading Home Care provider in the region and we are looking for a caring and dedicated Live-in Care Expert to join our team. Responsibilities
- Deliver personal care that’s tailored to the customer and encourages their independence
- Assist with personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting and mobility
- Manage medications and prepare meals
- Take care of household tasks including laundry, cleaning, shopping and errands
- Support customers in staying connected to their community through social activities, hobbies, and visits from loved ones
- Offer comfort and care through illness, hospital visits, or end-of-life scenarios
- Work independently while staying connected with the care team for support and guidance
