What You’ll Do: You’ll support people in their own homes with everyday tasks, including:
- Personal care
- Preparing meals
- Medication support
- Companionship and social visits
Pay and progression: Your pay can grow as your skills and experience grow:
- Basic: £15.25 (weekday) | £15.40 (weekend)
- Higher: £15.50 (weekday) | £16.15 (weekend)
- Senior: £15.80 (weekday) | £16.50 (weekend)
- Mentor: £16.30 (weekday) | £16.90 (weekend)
