About the Role
As a dedicated Live‑in Care Coordinator, you will ensure our customers receive outstanding service by expertly allocating skilled care assistants to meet their specific needs. You will proactively plan to maintain capacity for customer demand and service growth, uphold our high‑quality standards, champion community engagement, and handle emergency line duties while maintaining strong relationships with families, health‑care professionals, and our live‑in team.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customers receive outstanding service by allocating live‑in care assistants who meet their needs
- Plan to ensure sufficient capacity to fulfil customer demand and grow the service
- Maintain the ongoing relationship with the live‑in team
- Ensure high‑quality standards are upheld
- Work alongside relatives and local health‑care professionals to ensure customers receive an outstanding service
- Engage in community activities
- Perform occasional emergency line duties

Requirements
- Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards this)
- Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle (business use)
- Relevant risk assessment qualifications (preferred)
- Right to work in the UK
