We’re the leading Home Care provider, and we’re looking for a caring and dedicated Live‑In Care Expert to join our team. The role involves living in one of our customers’ homes in Hampshire or South Buckinghamshire and supporting them with everyday tasks and personal needs so they can enjoy an independent, dignified life with companionship.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personal care that’s tailored to the customer and encourages their independence
- Assist with personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting and mobility
- Manage their medication and prepare meals
- Take care of household tasks like laundry, cleaning, shopping and errands
- Support customers in staying connected to their community through social activities, hobbies, and visits from loved ones
- Offer comfort and care through illness, hospital visits, or end‑of‑life care
- Work independently while staying connected with our care team for support and guidance
