As a Care Team Supervisor, you’ll help our team grow, support our colleagues, and make a real difference every day. Responsibilities
- Coaching, mentor and support the care team
- Playing a key role in our recruitment and retention
- Working with our Care Co-ordinator to match staff to customers
- Ensuring our high-quality standards are upheld in the field
- Monitoring performance and carry out reviews/supervisions
- Leading and participating in the team’s training, meetings, appraisals, and career development
- Supporting with some emergency line duties.

Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail
- Be a real team player
- Care experience is beneficial
- Positive attitude and the drive to succeed
- Full driving licence and own vehicle
- A level 2 in health and social care is desirable but not essential
- Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship available unfortunately)
