As a Registered Manager, you’ll lead and inspire a team of care professionals – ensuring our services are not only safe and compliant, but that we’re also providing the best of care for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the safe and high‑quality delivery of our care services
  • Lead day‑to‑day operations and manage performance, budgets and resources
  • Support your team through recruitment, induction and supervision
  • Ensure we’re compliant with regulatory regulations and our company standards
  • Monitor quality, manage risk, and drive improvements across your teams
  • Represent Bluebird Care at local events, forums and professional networks
  • Work closely with the business owner to meet KPIs and growth targets

Requirements:

  • A social care qualification (Level 5 or working towards it)
  • Experience in domiciliary and social care management
  • Great leadership, communication and organisation skills
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Ability to work flexibly and manage on‑call where needed
  • Participating in community based marketing
