This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven track record in domiciliary care leadership, who thrives on making a real impact.
As a Registered Manager, you’ll lead and inspire a team of care professionals – ensuring our services are not only safe and compliant, but that we’re also providing the best of care for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the safe and high‑quality delivery of our care services
- Lead day‑to‑day operations and manage performance, budgets and resources
- Support your team through recruitment, induction and supervision
- Ensure we’re compliant with regulatory regulations and our company standards
- Monitor quality, manage risk, and drive improvements across your teams
- Represent Bluebird Care at local events, forums and professional networks
- Work closely with the business owner to meet KPIs and growth targets

Requirements:
- A social care qualification (Level 5 or working towards it)
- Experience in domiciliary and social care management

- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
