Bluebird Care Durham North is seeking an experienced Care Trainer to develop our care team. You'll lead induction programs, shadow new recruits and drive probationary development to ensure safe, high-quality care.
You will deliver classroom-based training, coordinate workshops, assess practical competencies, and maintain training records. A PBS or behavioural support background is desirable and you must be willing to join the on-call rota when required.
