Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Care Manager to support the growing clinical side of our domiciliary care business.

You will work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure our customers receive the highest standard of care, providing clinical guidance and oversight to our care staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical support and guidance to care staff, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor personalised care plans that meet client needs and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct audits and quality reviews to maintain outstanding care standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and CQC standards.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers and families, providing information and addressing concerns.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors, physiotherapists, district nurses, and social workers, to coordinate care.
  • Required Qualifications/Experience
  • Registered Nurse with a current and active NMC PIN (essential)
  • Proven experience in a clinical or care management role.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Compassionate, patient-centred approach to care.
  • Experience with care planning software and electronic health records.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding protocols and procedures.

DBS checking and references will be undertaken in line with government regulations and recruitment best practices.
