About the Role
Reporting directly to the Registered Care Manager, this office‑based role oversees services across all four territories. You will manage caseloads, support quality delivery, and ensure customer and staff safety and satisfaction.
What You'll Be Doing
- Carry out new customer sign‑ups and risk assessments, create and update individualised care plans.
- Provide guidance, supervision and training to care assistants, liaise with coordinators for staff allocation.
- Participate in the out‑of‑hours on‑call rota, arranging cover, attending calls and communicating emergency information.
- Investigate service quality matters, conduct quality reviews at homes, record and report incidents.
- Lead staff and customer meetings, work flexibly and collaborate with health and social care professionals across branches.

What We're Looking For
- Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or working towards a Level 3)
- Experience working in a care setting
- Understanding of person‑centred care and support planning
- Strong communication skills and relationship building
- Confidence leading and supporting care assistants
- Ability to write clear risk assessments, care plans and records
- Good IT and administrative skills
- Willingness to participate in the out‑of‑hours on‑call rota
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points, Class 1 business insurance (valid MOT required)
- Ability to obtain an Enhanced DBS clearance
