Bluebird Care are looking for an organised and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our growing Live‑In Care team. This is a fast‑paced and rewarding role where you will coordinate Live‑In Care Experts to ensure customers receive high‑quality, person‑centred care in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling and coordinating Live‑In Care Experts
- Arranging emergency cover for sickness and holidays
- Supporting customer and Care Expert handovers
- Completing wellbeing calls and supervisions
- Maintaining accurate records and compliance
- Supporting training, probation, and onboarding processes
- Responding to customer and Care Expert queries
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Care coordination or care sector experience preferred
- Strong IT and administrative skills
- Passion for delivering outstanding care
- Full driving licence with access to a reliable car
