Job Type: 25 hours per week (9.30am‑2.30pm Monday to Friday)

Salary: £27,000 per annum pro rata (FTE)

Bluebird Care are looking for an organised and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our growing Live‑In Care team. This is a fast‑paced and rewarding role where you will coordinate Live‑In Care Experts to ensure customers receive high‑quality, person‑centred care in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and coordinating Live‑In Care Experts
  • Arranging emergency cover for sickness and holidays
  • Supporting customer and Care Expert handovers
  • Completing wellbeing calls and supervisions
  • Maintaining accurate records and compliance
  • Supporting training, probation, and onboarding processes
  • Responding to customer and Care Expert queries

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Care coordination or care sector experience preferred
  • Strong IT and administrative skills
  • Passion for delivering outstanding care
  • Full driving licence with access to a reliable car
