You’ll be supporting people in all aspects of daily living, working independently or as part of a team that is supportive every step of the way. Responsibilities

  • Provide high‑quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs
  • Assist with personal care (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming)
  • Help with meal prep, preparation and nutrition
  • Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal
  • Carry out light housekeeping such as tidying, laundry and general cleaning
  • Be a dependable, friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for

Requirements

  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Permission to work in the UK without sponsorship

  • Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
  • Ability to follow care plans
  • Previous care experience is beneficial but not a necessity – full training will be provided
