As a Care Assistant, you will help people continue living life on their own terms in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

  • Build meaningful relationships with the people you support
  • Help customers maintain their independence, confidence and routines
  • Provide personal care with dignity, respect and compassion
  • Support with meal preparation, nutrition and hydration
  • Assist with medication and promote wellbeing
  • Help with light household tasks to create a safe and comfortable environment
  • Offer companionship, conversation and emotional support
  • Travel between customers' homes to provide reliable, consistent care
  • Be a trusted and familiar presence that customers and families can rely on

Qualifications

  • Kind, caring and genuinely passionate about helping others

  • Able to work independently and follow care plans
  • Committed to providing outstanding care
  • A driver with a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
  • Previous care experience is beneficial, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
