Responsibilities

  • Providing essential personal care and companionship
  • Assisting with meal prep, shopping, and household tasks
  • Supporting with medication management
  • Encouraging independence to help customers stay in their own homes

Requirements

  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car
  • To be living in the local area
  • The ability to work alternate weekends
  • To commit to working a minimum of one evening shift per week
  • A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care
  • Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
  • Ability to follow care plans
  • Previous care experience is beneficial but not a necessity as full training will be provided. ABI experience is also desirable, but not essential.
