We offer full‑time, part‑time and guaranteed hour contracts, with opportunities for day shifts, evening and weekend work, night shifts and live‑in care.

What You’ll Do

  • Our care assistants work out in the community, providing essential support with everyday tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, medication support and companionship.
  • You’ll receive comprehensive training, paid shadowing and ongoing support while completing the Care Certificate, ensuring you feel confident and valued in your role.

What We’re Looking For

  • Kind, dependable healthcare assistants who genuinely care about improving the quality of life for vulnerable adults and are fully committed to delivering high‑quality care.
  • You will need to live in or within a reasonable commute of Bromley and have access to a car that you can use for work.

What Are We Offering In Return?

  • £14.90–£15.00 per hour probationary rate
  • £15.05–£15.70 per hour post probation
  • Tax‑free mileage at 35p per mile
  • Paid DBS, paid shadowing and £336 training and passing probation payment
  • 4 weeks paid annual leave plus 8 bank holidays
