Bluebird Care Bath & NE Somerset is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Manager to lead the local care team and ensure high-quality, person-centred services for adults in their own homes.
You will support the Registered Manager, oversee care planning, risk assessments and reviews, and liaise with families, health and social care professionals to tailor packages of care while promoting dignity and privacy for customers. A Level 3 social care qualification is preferred and UK driving is required.
