Customer Care Manager

Location: Bath & NE Somerset

Contract: Care Management

Salary: £30,000 per annum

We’re the leading Home Care provider. We’re looking for a caring and dedicated person to join our Bath & NE Somerset Team as a Customer Care Manager.

Responsibilities

• Support the Registered Manager with the efficient running of the care support team.
• Ensure safe, effective, high quality care that responds to each customer’s needs and preferences.
• Make sure our services respect customers’ choices and promote their dignity and privacy at all times.
• Support business growth by networking with health care professionals to create packages of care for vulnerable adults within their own homes.
• Care planning, risk assessments and ongoing reviews of current care package.
• Guiding and supporting Care Experts.
• Work effectively with customers, their families and representatives, other social and health care professionals, managers and staff from Bluebird Care to deliver high quality care services.

Requirements

• A social care qualification (Level 3 or willingness to work toward it).
• Experience in domiciliary and social care management.
• Great leadership, communication, and organisation skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and manage on-call where needed (additional pay).
• Full UK drivers licence and own vehicle.
