Responsibilities:
- Ensure Bluebird Care provides safe, effective, high‑quality care that is responsive to each customer’s needs and preferences.
- Ensure our services respect customers’ choices and always promote their dignity and privacy.
- Ensure all care plans are compliant, person‑centered, and bespoke to the customer's needs and preferences.
- Complete new customer assessments and reviews of current customers.
- Support with coordination.
- Support with monitoring of care professionals and ensure compliance.
- Fulfill on‑call duties of 1 in 8 weekends on average.

Requirements:
- Caring and compassionate towards people in need of care and support.
- A full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Provide excellent customer service with a smile, being supportive and calm; you’ll be highly organised and enjoy communicating with your colleagues and customers.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in domiciliary care; an NVQ3 in health and social care is preferred.
- Show initiative and complete agreed actions, working as part of our team to achieve business outcomes together.
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a drive to continually learn and improve.
- Must have the Right to Work in the UK.
- Be an ambassador for Bluebird Care and always align with our vision to always make our customers smile by creating a respectful environment where outstanding care professionals feel valued and are supported to deliver outstanding care.
