Role Overview: Being a Live‑in Care Expert is more than a job – it is a chance to make a real difference every day. You will live in a customer’s home, supporting them with everyday tasks and personal needs so they can enjoy life with dignity, independence, and companionship.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personal care tailored to the customer and encourage their independence
  • Assist with personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting and mobility
  • Manage medication and prep meals
  • Take care of household tasks including laundry, cleaning, shopping and errands
  • Support customers in staying connected to their community through social activities, hobbies, and visits from loved ones
  • Offer comfort and care during illness, hospital visits or end‑of‑life situations
  • Work independently while staying connected with the care team for support and guidance
