Responsibilities

  • Oversee the safe and high-quality delivery of our care services
  • Support your team through recruitment, induction and supervision
  • Ensure we’re compliant with regulatory regulations and our company standards
  • Monitor quality, manage risk, and drive improvements across your teams
  • Work closely with the Manager to meet KPIs and growth targets
  • Quality and compliance audits

Requirements

  • A social care qualification (Level 5 or willingness to work toward it)
  • Experience in domiciliary and social care management
  • Great leadership, communication, and organisation skills
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Ability to work flexibly and manage on-call where needed
