Our care assistants support our customers to live independently in the comfort of their own homes. Caring for our customers is a fulfilling and rewarding role knowing that each and every day you are making a real difference in someone's life.
As a Care Assistant you will support our customers with personal care including washing & bathing, medication prompting, meal time support, light domestic chores and shopping whilst most importantly providing companionship. All our customers' needs vary and each customer will have a tailored care plan to reflect that.
Our customers require care and support 7 days a week, and as part of a rota basis, you would be required to work in the evenings and at weekends.
Essential:- All our care assistants are required to hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have access to a vehicle.
- No previous care experience is necessary to join us. We provide a full in-house training and support program to ensure you learn all the skills you need to care to the highest of standards.
- No specific qualifications are required, although you must be fluent in English as you will be required to communicate with our customers, and also read and record customer care plans and notes.
- Support our customers with personal care including washing/bathing, medication prompting, meal time support, light domestic chores and shopping.
- Providing companionship.
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Verbal, Reading, and Writing: You must be able to clearly communicate verbally with our customers, and you will also be required to read customer care plans and record customer notes.
