Being a Live-in Care Expert is more than a job – it’s a chance to make a real difference every day. You’ll live in the home of one of our customers, supporting them with everyday tasks and personal needs so they can enjoy their life with dignity, independence, and companionship.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personal care that’s tailored to the customer and encourages their independence
- Assist with personal care like washing, dressing, toileting and mobility
- Manage their medication and prep their meals
- Take care of household tasks like laundry, cleaning, shopping and errands
- Support customers in staying connected to their community through social activities, hobbies, and visits from loved ones
- Offer comfort and care through illness, hospital visits, or end-of-life care
- Work independently while staying connected with our care team for support and guidance
