Working directly with the leadership team, you’ll manage 4–5 projects a month (typically around £500k each) and have real influence on how things are delivered.\\n\\nWhat you’ll do:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Lead cost management across multiple live projects\\n\\n * \\n\\n Prepare valuations, variations and final accounts\\n\\n * \\n\\n Work closely with loyal clients and trusted subcontractors\\n\\n * \\n\\n Input directly into project decisions and commercial strategy\\n\\nWhat you’ll need:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Experience in a QS or Assistant QS role – ideally on fit-out and refurbishment projects\\n\\n * \\n\\n Solid understanding of cost planning, valuations and commercial reporting\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ability to manage multiple projects and build strong client relationships\\n\\nWhy this job is different:\\nThis isn’t a corporate, high-pressure QS environment.
