Office and on-site (live projects)

Salary: £40-£55k

This family-run construction business (c. £5m turnover) has built its name on long‑term relationships and repeat clients who genuinely value quality. Working directly with the leadership team, you\’ll manage 4-5 projects a month (typically around £500k each) and have real influence on how things are delivered.

What you\’ll do:

• Lead cost management across multiple live projects
• Prepare valuations, variations and final accounts
• Work closely with loyal clients and trusted subcontractors
• Input directly into project decisions and commercial strategy

What you\’ll need:

• Experience in a QS or Assistant QS role – ideally on fit-out and refurbishment projects
• Solid understanding of cost planning, valuations and commercial reporting
• Ability to manage multiple projects and build strong client relationships
