- Lead cost management across multiple live projects
- Prepare valuations, variations and final accounts
- Work closely with loyal clients and trusted subcontractors
- Input directly into project decisions and commercial strategy
What you’ll need:
- Experience in a QS or Assistant QS role - ideally on fit-out and refurbishment projects
- Solid understanding of cost planning, valuations and commercial reporting
- Ability to manage multiple projects and build strong client relationships
