As Service Manager & Job Coordinator, you’ll lead a service department, combining technical expertise with commercial responsibility.

You’ll have the autonomy to coordinate workshop activity, develop engineers, build our UK service dealer network and provide senior technical support on complex diagnostics and warranty investigations.

This is a role where you can make a visible difference: improving workshop efficiency, strengthening dealer capability and helping deliver industry-leading customer satisfaction.

You’ll also have the opportunity to champion remote diagnostics, telematics and digital service reporting as we continue to develop our service proposition.

You’ll need proven experience managing workshop operations, allocating work and controlling WIP, alongside strong technical knowledge and a track record of delivering financial and operational targets.

Experience developing dealer networks, technical training and maintaining manufacturer and ISO standards is essential.
