The Role

We're looking for an analytical, commercially sharp Growth Manager to run Bluebella's paid acquisition activity, during a period of maternity leave, working closely with our Head of Ecommerce.

The majority of activity is delivered through our agency partners, across paid social, paid search, SEO, display, programmatic and affiliate.

Your job is to run that relationship well across seven markets (UK, EU, US, DE, FR, IT and AU): setting the brief, agreeing the plan, reviewing what goes live, challenging what comes back, and giving the business a clear view of where the money is going and what it's returning.

You'll work as a close partner to the Head of Ecommerce, who sets channel strategy and budget allocation.

Within that framework you have real scope to shape how activity runs, what gets tested, and where spend moves.

There's an interesting technical backdrop too.

We're mid-way through a Shopify Markets re-platform, so you'll be close to the migration work and the feed, tracking and market-routing changes that come with it.

What sits elsewhere

brand strategy, creative direction, organic social, content and influencer programmes sit with our Brand team.

CRM, retention, onsite trading and site merchandising sit within Ecommerce.

Who We Are

Founded on the belief that strength and sensuality belong in the everyday, Bluebella understands that beautiful lingerie sets a powerful tone for whatever comes next.

We believe in bravery – encouraging fresh thinking, taking bold creative risks, and backing each other to push boundaries.

We value intelligence – thoughtful decisions, curiosity and commercial sharpness.

And we lead with honesty – creating a culture of transparency, mutual respect and shared responsibility.

When you join Bluebella, you'll be part of a collaborative team that challenges the norm, celebrates difference, and works with purpose.

Responsibilities

  • Paid media planning and delivery
  • Brief and manage our agency and freelance partners across paid social (Meta, Pinterest, Tik Tok), paid search, SEO, display, programmatic and affiliate.
  • Review campaign structure, audience strategy, budget pacing and creative rotation before activity goes live, and stay close enough to the detail to know whether it is being run well.
  • Deliver the agreed paid media plan across all seven markets, adapting activity by market to local performance and seasonality.
  • Shape channel plans with the Head of Ecommerce, bringing recommendations on where budget should move and why.
  • Maintain healthy Google Ads and Merchant Center accounts, resolving feed, policy and disapproval issues promptly.
  • Keep campaign activity aligned to the trading and promotional calendar, working with the Ecommerce team on timings and priorities.
  • Agency management
  • Act as the main day-to-day contact for our digital agencies, running regular performance reviews against agreed KPIs.
  • Manage the agency testing agenda with the Head of Ecommerce, reviewing test plans before activity goes live and checking each has a clear hypothesis and a sensible way of judging the result.
  • Hold agencies to account on delivery, turnaround and reporting quality, escalating where performance isn't where it should be.
  • Performance and analysis
  • Track performance against CAC targets by channel and market, flagging where efficiency is drifting and recommending what to do about it.
  • Produce weekly performance updates and monthly reporting covering spend, new customer volume, CAC and channel efficiency.
  • Use GA4 and platform reporting to understand how paid and SEO traffic behaves once it lands: where visitors go, where they drop off, and how that varies by channel and market.
  • Feed those findings into onsite priorities with the Head of Ecommerce and the Ecommerce team, so post-click improvements get made where they'll have most impact on acquisition efficiency.
  • Interrogate agency-reported numbers rather than taking them at face value, sense-checking attribution claims against platform and GA4 data.
  • Budget and finance
  • Manage the digital marketing budget day to day, tracking spend against plan and forecasting month-end.
  • Attend and contribute to monthly finance budget meetings, actualising marketing costs accurately.
  • Raise POs, manage invoicing with agencies and keep spend reconciliation clean.
  • Working across the business
  • Work with the Brand team on campaign timings and asset requirements so paid activity and brand campaigns land together.
  • Work with Merchandising and Ecommerce on stock availability and product priorities feeding into campaign planning.
  • Support a thorough handover at both ends of the contract.

Skills & Experience

  • Five or more years in digital marketing in ecommerce or retail, with hands‑on experience running paid campaigns.
  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and Merchant Center, with enough hands‑on background to review an account, question how it is structured and spot when something is off.
  • Proven experience managing digital agencies as the client, including briefing, performance review and holding partners to clear KPIs.
  • Comfortable in GA4 and confident working with performance data, including the confidence to say when numbers don't add up.
  • Confident when interrogating CAC, ROAS and acquisition efficiency, and how budget decisions follow from them.
  • Curious about what happens after the click, and able to connect onsite behaviour back to channel and campaign decisions.
  • Organised with budgets: accurate tracking, clean reconciliation, reliable forecasting.
  • Clear communicator, comfortable working with agencies, finance and internal teams.
  • Multi‑market or international campaign experience is helpful but not essential.
  • Familiarity with Shopify or Klaviyo is an advantage.
  • Fashion, lingerie or premium consumer brand experience is desirable.

Package

  • Holiday allowance in line with Bluebella policy, pro-rated for the length of the contract.
  • Flexible Working Policy: flexible start and finish times.
  • Hybrid Working Policy, minimum two days in the office, fully remote in August.
  • Salary Exchange Pension Scheme.
  • Generous employee, friends and family discounts.
  • Office snacks and refreshments.

If you're a commercially sharp, digitally fluent growth marketer ready to make an immediate impact, we'd like to hear from you.
