Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice is seeking a Nurse to join our care team in South Yorkshire. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, holistic care to babies, children and young people with palliative needs, within the nurse-led team and under supervision from a registered nurse.
You will administer prescribed medicines, support symptom management and end-of-life care, and maintain accurate clinical records while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
