The Role:
- Deliver high-quality, holistic and person-centred care to babies, children and young people with palliative care needs, working within own scope of practice and under the direction of a registered nurse.
- Implement a defined plan of care following organisational policies and Standard Operating Procedures to deliver planned short breaks, symptom management and end of life care.
- Safely administer prescribed medicines, including controlled drugs, via a range of routes in line with policy, ensuring competence, accountability and adherence to legal and professional standards.
- Work flexibly and collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate, contemporaneous clinical records and effective communication to support safe, continuous care.
Excellent communication, resilience, and flexibility are essential for success in this role.

About you:

Completion of a health assessment relevant to the role. An enhanced level DBS check. Two references. All offers of employment are conditional on satisfactory completion of pre-employment checks.
