We are growing and looking for compassionate Community Care Workers to join our friendly and professional team.

You do not need years of experience in care — what matters most is kindness, empathy, dependability, and the desire to brighten someone’s day.

What the role involves As a Community Care Worker, you will visit people in their own homes and support them with day-to-day living.

This may include: personal care companionship meal preparation medication support helping with daily routines promoting independence and wellbeing Areas we cover Abermorddu, Caergwrle, Cefn-y-Bedd, Hope, Higher Kinnerton, Ffrith, Cymau, Llanfynydd, Treuddyn, Leeswood, Pontybodkin and Pontblyddyn.
