Summary
This role is extremely important within the marketing and sales organization at Bluebeam. You are responsible for helping scale revenue across the company. Our Sales Development Representatives are specialists in researching prospects, discovering pain points, getting access to and setting meetings with decision-makers. This role allows the Sales team to focus exclusively on conducting meetings with prospects and increasing the overall productivity of the marketing and sales organization.

- Contact Marketing Qualified Leads and convert them to Sales Quality Leads
- Contact and develop relationships with potential leads via phone and email
- Refer potential customers to account executives
- Report monthly and weekly on sales progress and KPIs
- Report product feedback to marketing, sales and leadership teams
Here’s what we’d like to see in you
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 1 – 3 years of experience in a sales or customer facing role
- Enthusiastic and vibrant attitude
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal, organization and follow-up skills
- Understanding of inbound and outbound pipeline generation processes
- Knowledge of sales tools such as Salesforce, High Velocity Sales, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
- Characteristics like grit, strong work ethic, coachable, confidence, curiosity, self-awareness, and a focus on self-development will also be recognized and rewarded
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 20%
